This hand was originally modeled in Maya 8.5. It is all quad polygons, is very low in polycount (703, 711 vertices) yet detailed enough to deform properly. UV's are also layed out and it is ready for zbrushing/texturing of whatever you wish to do with it. Maya 8.5 .mb and an .obj file are included for use in other applications. Enjoy = )
