I used the FBX version imported into 3ds Max.
Lots of oddly flipped normals and objects that wouldn't smooth properly. Took me a couple of days to sort everything out. Obviously not a 3ds Max model to start with but the export could of been checked. Max users beware.

Good model.
Working in Maya I had some issius with flipped normals when importing it but nothing big.
Description
This generic semi-trailer truck unit was designed by me for use in illustrations, visualizations, movies, etc., when there' s no need for vehicles of a particular brand.
Ideal for use in architectural visualizations, traffic scenes, etc.

Native file format is Cinema4D version 13

No texture maps are needed. Only standard materials are used, so these can easily be changed to whatever color you like.

The fifth wheel coupling is set at the xyz axis for easy connection to the semi-trailer.

Wheels of both truck and trailer can move / rotate separately.
The trailer doors can be opened and there' s a working locking mechanism as well.
Legs of landing gear can move up and down as well.

For best results, set smoothing angle ( Phong Shading ) at 45°
