Description
Highly detailed Garter Snake model with high res texture map.Vector Displacement maps (.exr) used for the skin. Hand pained Defuse maps in combination with Ambient Occlusion maps used for the defuse channel. Normal maps used aswell.

NOTE: ALL MAPS OCCUPATE THREE UV SPASES FOR BETER RESOLUTION
1: HEAD
2: HALF BODY
3: SEKOND HALF BODY

All maps are completely hand painted, seamless, and do not tile
All maps are generated from high resolution mudbox model which is included in the download as 'snake_mud.rar'

The model is ridged in 3ds max with 'spline IK' system and morpher modifier for the bite (mouth)

For use with 3ds Max : download the file and all the textures , put everything in one folder (without sub-folders)
run 'snake.max' and enjoy

Texture information:

Ambient Occlusion maps (.tif) - 3 x (4096x4096)
Defuse color maps (.tif) - 3 x (4096x4096)

I left the defuse color maps in uncompressed tif format so you can easy change the colors with simple HUE shift if you wish
All preview are straight out of the render (mental ray) , no compositing work done
