in the game you meet a sentient being named U-mos who has asked for samus arans help in fighting the dreaded ing horde. but in order to advance through the levels there are areas with doors with luminoth scripts on them that have to be scanned in order to pass. you obtain a new translator everytime you go to a new sector and find another luminoth sentient. or in most cases their holograms. fully editable and colors can be changed accordingly.

in the game the major script colors where emerald,ruby,cobalt,and a kinda orange glow like in the provided image.(i think its called teal or something)
