Have you seen interesting water faucet that seems to be floating and still from its noose water keeps running with out any connections? Well, this is a variation of that concept, the island model seems to be floating while water spills into the pond bellow. The chains seems to be holding the island from floating away, but they serve no structural purpose, instead the main support of the island are crystal columns on each of the waterfalls, went water is running down, those columns seem to be invisible, thus, making the island seem to be floating on thin air.

This fountain can be installed outside as a Garden water feature. It will make your guess wondering.
