This is very good model for architecture(interior/exterior) renderings, but you can use it in whatever scenes you like.

If you open *.c4d model you are able to change level of detail for many NURBS objects like base of fire extinguisher, tube, and bottom ruber of fire extinguisher, these are the parts that consume the most polygons, so you can increse/decrede polycount to your needs.

Pictures are rendered with C4D R11.5 and Vray 1.2 There is two *.c4d file formats possible to download one is with Vray textures/materials and other one is with Advanced render textures/materials.

Textures are included in all file format downloads.
