The F-14 served as the U.S. Navy's primary maritime air superiority fighter, fleet defense interceptor and tactical reconnaissance platform, it was first deployed in the mid 70s and retired in 2006, becoming an icon among jet fighters. The final variant of the F-14 was the F-14D Super Tomcat, first delivered in 1991. The original TF-30 engines were replaced with GE F110-400 engines, similar to the F-14B and the upgrade also included newer digital avionics systems.
Along with VF-1, the Bounty Hunters were the first to employ the Tomcat in the 70s. During Operation Iraqi Freedom, the last Tomcat cruise of the squadron, CAG's airplane, 'Bullet 100' was in the thick of the action, dropping 49 LGBs and 10 JDAM during the conflict.
It's complete with the typical loadout for strike missions: GBU-12 Paveway, LANTIRN pod and AIM-7 and 9 for self defense.
