Very poor. I can't speak for the other versions of the model, but the OBJ is awful. The object hierarchy doesn't really use a logical naming system, and there are many random "sphere01, sphere 02..". There are double faces all over geometry causing artifacts. it's mirrored poorly so there are holes, there are no textures included, the body is blatantly just a slightly modified Mudbox full body, complete waste of time.
