| This package contains three models: a high resolution, a medium resolution and a lower resolution version of 'Cari's Crabshack.' The Crabshack is an older weathered building that would be positioned somewhat in isolation from other buildings in a small harbor. That is, it often would be found at the end of a long pier or at the end of a stone quay where its jumbled roof and building structure add 'color' to the harbor scene. These versions of the Crab Shack building are notable for the real modeling of their roof stuctures. That is, the edges and planks of the weatherbeaten roof structure are deliberately designed to be realistic and to catch the light in scenes. The high resolution version of the Crab Shack has white interior walls, window and door frames realistically modelled to look good in an interior view, a door that opens and closes, and the some interior furniture. The interior furnishings include an eating counter positioned against the main window, three counter stools, a sales counter, five shelves for various objects, a stove and stove hearthstone, and two red coffee cups. The medium resolution version of the crab shack lacks the interior walls and furniture, and main room floor. Interior edges of window and door frames are not beveled, although the external edges are beveled. All external detail is preserved. The lower resolution version of the crab shack is designed for distance views and lacks both the interior features and all the small external details, such as the wall faces and piping of the lights. External roof and railing detail is preserved, but window, door and sign frames are not beveled. |
