Here is my Commercial Building that I also made for my CAD Architecture class. The same method was used to create the structure. I am unsure as to how many polygons it contains but I can estimate about 100,000 polygons. I was going to add radiosity to this model but due to restrictions as to how much my computer can handle, I was unable to apply radiosity. Either way, I think it still looks good without it. So to replace radiosity, I added several lights to give it a more realistic look. Enjoy. If the preview images look a little foggy, just ignore it. I uploaded .jpg files instead of .bmp files.
Remember, if you are unable to open this file, most likely it is because you do not have the correct version of 3dsmax. You must have version 6 otherwise it will give you missing .dll errors.

Bravo for all this brilliant models that took you lot of time to produce, i hope you can still earn some money with all this work distributed freely. Thank you because to learn how to produce nice and original, not boring models this site is the best. Personnaly i use it to learn how the best artists have solve a specifique problems on proortions, texture mapping, reflexion, refraction, skinning, character modelling. Hoping the 3D world will grow as anybody even dreamed of.
