This is a ground combat drone... the idea's not original, but the design is. You can use it in commercial or non-commercial projects without any pesky copyright issues. All the materials and decals are custom, as well. The decals are included as both a PNG and XCF file, so you can make changes to all or some of them for your own purposes.
The only textures are the decals themselves (and the chipped paint, exposed metal, etc). All other details are modeled, as you can see from the un-textured gray model in the pictures. This invariable results in a higher polygon count, but you should find it easy to make adjustments. Most of the polygons are in the mechanical details (guns, machinery, engine, grating, pipes, wires, etc). If you wanted to texture that stuff on, you'd drop the poly count considerably.
The tracks follow a Bezier Path around the wheels. As you move the drone forward the track motion automatically synchs to the ground. The turret rotates within a certain degree of motion, and the arms are fully articulated with bones/IK rigs. The gatling guns rotate throughout the scene, and a muzzle flash/lamp are timed to the rotation. The is also a 'shell emitter' on each of the Gatling guns, which tosses spent shell casings off to the sides for effect. I added a green 'scanner' light on the head as well... it moves back and forth (similar to the old Knight Rider car or the Cylons on the new BSG show). Finally, there are two smoke emitters for the exhaust pipes in the back(I figure this thing is diesel-powered).
That should give you a good idea of what you're getting. Of course, I am always available if you have any trouble with the model. It's not perfect, but I think it's a pretty good value for the price.
