City covers over 9km squared. Ability to quickly cover much more due to modular component system.
Only 60 textures used in entire scene (73 materials) making this product hyper efficient for real-time apps such as sims or games. Even vert arrangement allows vertex shading to be 'baked-in' for real-time apps and games (not included in this version).
This construction set is also available in many other formats, including versions with vertex shading included. Email for details.
All textures in power of two resolution. 73 materials total in scene. 60k polys per tile. A single tile instance covers an area 768m x 768m (16 tiles, 4x4, shown in renders, over 3km x 3km total - 9.4 square km). Tiles can be replicated to cover a vast area very quickly and easily. Many more tile types available in this series, including residential, stadiums, industrial complexes, parks, rivers, docks, farmland, etc.
