This is a Max 8 or later character rigged with character studio. It has a handfull of morph targets for expression control/mouth shapes/blinking etc It also has a bone rigged jaw bone and brow bone control. It also uses the look at constraint for eye control with independant control for left and right eyes. Colours can easilly be changed on the uniform. Renders are with VRay but it would be easy to exchange a couple of the materials if you don't use vray.
