Not rigged, but the body parts are connected by parent mode in maya, and the pivots are placed in the right position so it can be easily moved.

The file contains 4 different poses, the 'spanish buzz' pose has the rightly placed pivots.

Textures included, the model is UV mapped. The maya file has the ready MR shaders. The background is included as well (with textures).
