building scenes obj - Commercial building 2 by shariff

Useful Building and platform look great in game scenes or general render and useful for filling scenes too.
Nice detailed model. Comes with textures for all formats. Blender format only has materials included but, not a big deal only minor areas used simple materials like windows and frames but window tiling bump map is included as this is part of texture.
Majority of the project is based on a non-overlapping uv mapping on parts that are using texture, more or less most parts. Only tiled windows are overlapping for tiled bump mapping and all necessary objects like plants and some planks of the benches.

Texture,bump and spec maps are included for all essential objects for all formats. All packed organised in folders for ease.
All objects are named well and consistantly.

The poly and vert counts above refer to when plants are placed in and extra benches but with that excluded it is far lower:

(without extra benches along sides of platform and without plants)
