This is a building meant to go on a sharp corner of two streets. A good building to fill in a scene. It is complete with awnings at ground level, and the lower level windows don't need texturing. It was made and rendered in blender, so the highest quality version is the blender version, as the window are already materialed and textured. It is free for personal use only. The mtl. file for the obj. is included in the 'accompanying files' section
