Topology is clean and optimized with mostly quads.
Textures range from 4K and under.
Building is well detailed for close shots and comes with simple apartment interior textures.
Sidewalk and Streets are sold separately.
No Obj version available, Mental Ray shaders are not supported.
FBX version comes with converted Blinns and Lamberts but reassignment of textures will be necessary.
Some Maya nodes are not supported during FBX export such as nodes to adjust Texture color and contrast.
Model is well organized with all parts and textures named for easy reassignment.
