End User License Agreement
DEFINITIONS:
1. 'Content'
refers to any material published by DevmEx.com including but not limited to media-asset files like 3d models, 2d textures,
video games, motion data files, collections, packages, materials, scripts, shapes, sounds, music, films, images, and software.
2. 'Royalty Free'
refers to a one-time usage fee as distinguished from a recurring rights fee.
3. 'For Sale'
includes all content that requires a purchase of license rights, as distinguished from content available for free download.
4. 'Valid Sale'
refers to a sale of license rights in content, or other property by DevmEx.com. Content for sale via DevmEx.com which is
returned is not an example of a valid sale.
LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN DevmEx[.com] AND THE BUYER
License Grant:
For any transmission of content to Buyer, whether the transmission was the result of a license or free download, the following
terms apply unless more restrictive terms are specified in the text description and/or license of the content itself :
1. Ownership.
Unless explicitly provided for/by a separate agreement, DevmEx[.com] retains, copyright and i.p. in content purchased or downloaded by the Buyer.
2. Valid License.
Any license rights relating to content for sale by DevmEx[.com] are contingent upon the transfer of money from the Buyer to DevmEx[.com]. All license rights terminate immediately and without notice if a sale is reversed for any reason.
3. Rights Granted.
DevmEx[.com] grants to the Buyer who either purchases license rights to content via a valid sale, or downloads freely available content, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, royalty-free license to 'publicly perform, publicly display, and/or digitally perform' said content
which includes, but is not limited to:
(i) As rendered still images or moving images; resold as part of a feature film, broadcast, or stock photography.
(ii) As part of a game if the Content is contained inside a proprietary format and displays inside the game during play.
(iii) As Content published within a book, poster, t-shirt or other item.
(iv) As part of a physical object such as a toy, doll, or model.
4. Rights Not Granted.
Absent a written grant of rights greater than that contained in paragraph 3 above, all other rights or sub-divisions of rights generally included in copyright are excluded from this license.
5. Resale.
The resale or redistribution by the Buyer of any content obtained from DevmEx[.com], whether for sale or freely available for download, whether part of a valid sale or not, is expressly prohibited.
6. Refund/Exchange Policy.
DevmEx[.com] would only offer a refund or exchange if the product`s download is defective. The product`s content is accurately described and the Buyer is responsible to understand given product`s description.
A refund may be issued if a product itself is defective. However, the issuing of refunds is solely at the discretion of DevmEx[.com].
Refunds will be issued only after the Customer has worked with DevmEx[.com] to resolve the problem. When and if a refund is issued, the Customer is responsible for the immediate deletion of all files included in the product and may not distribute, sell or use the product in any way or form. In the event a Buyer returns any content, whether acquired by valid sale or freely available for download, all license rights granted herein terminate and the buyer must immediately destroy any and all copies contained on any type of media under the control or possession of the buyer.
7. Sales on turbosquid[.com]
DevmEx[.com] agrees hereby and to accompanying the 'Standard Royalty Free' license by www.turbosquid.com that :
'... any additional EULA, license, custom license, or Seller requirements inserted into Seller products in any area outside this EULA are invalid, void ab initio, and without effect as they relate to those purchases.'
8. Disclaimer.

This software is provided 'as-is', without any express or implied warranty. In no event will the authors be held liable for any damages arising from the use of this software.
9. Liability.
The owner assumes no liability for damages, faults, or legal persecution (this includes loss of business revenue, other financial damages or losses including loss of information or data) resulting directly or indirectly from the use or misuse of the owners media files which was licensed to the customer.
