Description
The SA80 (Small Arms for the 1980s) is a family of 5.56 mm small arms designed and produced (until 1988) by the Royal Small Arms Factory at Enfield Lock. The SA80 has been used in all conflicts in which the British Army has been involved with since it's introduction in the mid-80's. Deployments include Northern Ireland, the First Gulf War, Bosnia, Sierra Leone, the Second Gulf War and Afghanistan.
