That is a high details version of Sony Playstation 3 Slim 3D. The materials, the textures and UV mapping are provided.

You have mental ray versions and universal versions.

-Blender : Universal materials
-Maya 2010 : Universal materials
-Maya 2011 : Mental Ray & Universal
-Maya 2012 : Mental Ray & Universal
-OBJ : Universal materials

The main folder contains two sub-folders : PS3 Slim LowPoly and PS3 Slim HighPoly wich contain a Mental Ray materials or Universal materials folder :

-PS3 Slim LowPoly : (PS3 Slim : 23120 polygons and 21008 vertices) (Dual Shock 3 : 3658 polygons and 3582 vertices)
-PS3 Slim HighPoly : (PS3 Slim : 149642 polygons and 147948 vertices) (Dual Shock 3 : 57468 polygons and 57400 vertices)
-3DS Max, OBJ, and others formats... : An object format version and some of others 3D formats are delivered if your are not a Maya user, you can import it in any software and the textures are provided.

Yours meshs are UV-mapped and textured too. You may have to reload the texture.
