-Palm trees and umbrellas greatly benefit from sub-D's . -Very reasonable poly count to make it useable and easily manipulated. -Clean geometry with no issues, only tris and quads. - Frozen transformations , clean of history, real world scale. -There are two OBJ versions , one original (no sub-D's) and one smoothed (hi poly) with 323.253 polygons and 342.037 vertices.They both have separated shading groups , UV mapping information and references to the texture files.
-All texture files are included in the respective zip file for each format. -Textures are mainly in TIF format , so the download files are a little big (45MB average).

A great scene with many different angles to promote drinks , ice creams and other stuff or to use in your summer film or game .Especially for game use you can drasically limit the poly count by removing bambu ceilings and using a second low poly version of them (simple planes with color-transparency maps) which are included.
