This is a basic generic house model which I created for a series of illustrations depicting outdoor home maintenance. Its created to have a nice appearance, but is not strictly to scale or code...its just a simple house for illustrative purposes.

You probably use a different 3d model / render software, but if you wish to have this house rendered as shown in the preview picture, you can download blender 3d for free from blender's website.

In my model style I try to use quads as much as possible, and avoid purposeless or over excessive polygons. You will find this model to be of pretty clean construct. One high detail element that this model has is the roof...where the singles are all separate shapes.

The other formats listed have been exported as the object only, with no accompanying cameras or lights or backdrops.
