MAX File contains model and lighting setup.
OBJ format contains model without lighting setup.
Small bump you see in the pictures was made using procedural map.

The model was made using subdivisions. The detail in MAX file can be changed with meshsmooth iterations.

Model with 0 smooth iteration has:        
   1544 faces
   744 vetices

Model with 1 smooth iteration has:        
   6212 faces
   3108 vetices

Model with 2 smooth iteration has:        
   24848 faces
   12426 vetices

Model with 3 smooth iteration has:        
   99392 faces
   49698 vetices

OBJ format was also exported in these 4 details: 0, 1, 2 and 3 smooth iterations.
