Architectural model of a typical 1930's Hotel Building.Each floor built in sections so you can make a taller and shorter version. Very High level of detail including, Fire Escape, Light Fixtures,Neon Sign, and Custom built drains and gutters.Built in 3DS Max 7.0, and exported as a 3DS file. Opened, checked, and rendered in Maya 7.0 to test the exporting. NOTE 3DS is an export format and some slight smoothing group adjustments can be expected in this format.
