This is a tiling brick path.
The samples were rendered in blender cycles.
The .blend file contains the object, and scene used to do the renders. It also contains the node tree, shaders, and materials used for the render.
The model uses subsurface, and displacement modifiers. The longer path object uses an array and a curve, but you can make any length or shape of path by creating your own array and curve.
