This is a high-detailed model of a typical american family house. Because of it's low polygon count, this model is perfect for use in games, yet it's also detailed enough for architectural visualizations.
The model was created in Autodesk 3ds Max 2012 and was rendered using mental ray renderer. It is made entirely out of quads and tris, there are no ngons. There are two texture included - diffuse map and normal map. The model is in real-world scale, meters used as units.
