| Building an Aircraft? COOOooool. You're probably going to need a cockpit with some guages. So how about an altimeter? Got one right here built in Inches from engineering drawings. It is a standard, AIRINC altimeter. Used on small airplanes, it is calibrated up to 25,000 feet. The Barometric pressure wheel inside is textured and ready for rotating. The altimeter arms are zeroized on the central plane, so rotating them to the desired altitude is easy. Just click the arm you want and rotate. It is semi hi-poly so your renders should look very good, but its not so hi-poly that it will crash your computer. Textures are included with shaders, just tell Max or whatever program you're using to point to them once downloaded. The Barometric setting knob is beveled with the grip on it so it looks nice. It is a depressor knob so the proper use is to puch the knob in and then turn it. The entire assembly is linked to faceplate,(Max file only) so just match the back of the face plate to the front of your control panel and you're good. |
