The file includes the control mesh in low polygon (only 2434 polys usable in videogames) ready to subdivide with Catmull-Clark subdivisions.
Fully rigged with bones (in every format except for obj due to own limitations of the format) and animated in 3ds max:

-Complete walk animation cycle only in 3ds max format (check preview videos to see the animation).
