3dsmax residential buildings - residential houses low poly by game assets

This low poly residential buildings pack provides 17 buildings (from 43 to 500 triangles, 2002 triangles in total)
textured with the 2nd UV channel non overlapping hand made.
The 17 buildings are textured using 3 different 1024x1024 diffuse maps provided in layered PSD files (windows color layer controlled).

The pack contains:
- Max 2010 souce file
- 3 1024x1024 psd diffuse maps
- 3 1024x1024 png occlusion maps
- 3 1024x1024 png lightmaps
- FBX, OBJ and 3DS meshes (only FBX supports 2nd UV channel).
- Unity package with all prefabs ready.
