On entering the shop through the main entrance, the reception counter is the first focal point. It has a free flowing form with the display shelves resembling the ribcage of the shock absorbers. It is made of wood and glass with a wooden frame and compliments the image of a minimalist outlay for the shop. It is modern with clean lines and looks very inviting and customer friendly.

The logo of KTM is displayed prominently on the front of the counter to once again underline the corporate image of the product. The lighting used enhances the mood and atmosphere around the counter.
