Originally modelled in 3ds max 8.The model has MeshSmoosh with interpolation 1. It is possible to change interpolation models,
without smoothing 13523 faces, and with MeshSmoosh (interpolation 1) 30432 faces. The 3ds max zip file contains rigged model in 'T-Pose'.
