Designed by a group of professional architects this house is 100% to scale. Textures are also 100% accurate in scale. All texture maps are included. This is a real house and is currently being built and cost will be several millions. It has Tuscan style roof tiles, a brick plinth and designed pattern paving. Please note that all trees and cars have been removed to keep the size of the file down but the whole house is there. Both the water and fountain jets are animated but the model itself is static. The whole model took nine days to build and perfect according to the architects specifications so it well worth every penny. The model is fully flexible so if you wish to animate doors or other elements it wont be a problem.
