3dsmax futuristic space - Mini Needle 1 by JasonsArt

This is a simple futuristic space needle-like building for city scenes, animations, and other digital art. The model and textures are Copyrighted to me, so if you redistribute them you must give credit to me. However, other than that, once you've purchased them here you may use them in ANY way you'd like, including personal and commercial work! :)

I've included both the clean scene with only the model and a camera, as well as a Lit scene, so you can quickly render what you see in these thumbnails.

The textures are located in the subfolder called Textures. You may need to quickly map them after extracting the .zip. To make the windows and doors reflective, just go to the Reflection map under Maps in the Material Browzer and change it from 0 to whatever you'd like. The same Alpha map used for this is also used for Specular color, and can also be used to light the windows in night scenes.
