I've included both the clean scene with only the model and a camera, as well as a Lit scene, so you can quickly render what you see in these thumbnails.
The textures are located in the subfolder called Textures. You may need to quickly map them after extracting the .zip. To make the windows and doors reflective, just go to the Reflection map under Maps in the Material Browzer and change it from 0 to whatever you'd like. The same Alpha map used for this is also used for Specular color, and can also be used to light the windows in night scenes.
