Softimage zip contains the project with 1 complete scene.

3dstudio and Softimage:
It is possible to rotate planes and open the doors.
Some objects are linked for this purpose (see hierarchy).

Fbx zip contains the whole scene. No links for rotation. Materials and lights need tweaking according with your software.

Obj zip contains only the Model. Materials need tweaking according with your sofware.

Polygonal modeling. All the main corners are beveled.
It is possible to add Subdivision to the cloth objects if needed.
