Wallet has nice quad-mesh topology so you can always meshsmooth it more for near views. Base mesh is about 5000 polys, so after little oprimization of it and texture maps size - you can use it as low-poly game object. All textures are in high resolution.
You can add bones in your favourite 3d application and skinning tools to wallet object and animate his closing/opening.
