Very Realistic low-poly textured office building or commercial type of building and could even be used as a high rise apartment style building.

This model is fully textured, has a low poly count, and available in many formats. All textures are very easy to change and update as needed. STL checked and showed Status: No Errors.

Suitable for games and Sims. Detailed enough for close-up renders. Originally modeled in 3ds max 9. Final images rendered with VRay.
