A low poly model of a glass front strip mall store unit. The building has a fully realisted exterior and interor making both interior and exterior renders possible. Dialog between the exterior and interior works perfectly too. Inclusion into real time rendering engines for example game engines works fine as well.
The back wall window and all doors can be removed, repositioned or altered in anyway and the building will remain watertight as the door and window frame are modeled to work with any window/door configuration.
The models uses three different diffuse texture maps two of which are at a size of 4096x4096 and one at 1024x1024, all provided in the .png format.
