This is a detailed model of a paper scissors. For each blade there is a meshsmooth modifier on top of the stack and it is possible to adjust the polygon count according to the necessity.

Created using max 9. So max file works only on max 9. 3ds and obj extensions are compatible with any program that accepts these formats.

Preview images are rendered using Mental Ray, and they are direct 3d renders, no re-touch has been made.

The model is jointed. There is a point helper which has an attribute holder modifier on it. Using this helper you can open and close and move the scissors.
