It's a detailed photoreal Golf Cart.
You can use 3ds Max for rendering with Maxwell render and V-Ray.
You can also use FBX, OBJ, 3DS, STL, or VrayProxy formats for Polygonal tools and 3DM, IGS or SAT for Nurbs modeler like Rhino.
In case of FBX, there are two versions included. (normal & triangulated version)
Pivots of all objects are aligned with the world origin(0,0,0).
So if you need more subdivided geometry, you can easily re-export it from the original nurbs model.
In MAX file, all objects have hierarchy structure and a dummy ojbect is included with animation keys.
V-Ray Proxy file has just one multi/sub-object Material which included in the archived file.
Object / Polygon / Vertex count is, (case of Maxwell version)
Camera setup, 5 texture maps and a HDRI for lighting is included with Studio Lighting Setup.
