The Maya .mb model is fully textured and shaded for Mental Ray, modelled inside maya. Features list:

The package contains 6 tree models (.max,.mb,.obj) and 1 animated tree model (.fbx, .mb). The animated tree is tested for 3d Studio and Maya, but it can be used with any software capable to read .mc/xml files.
All preview images was rendered with Maya Mental Ray (shaders included), with other software packages you need to create your own shaders (just plug the included texture files in the right channels). Terrain in preview images not included.
