Modelled in 3ds Max 2010 and rendered with Vray.
The 3ds Max file contains the whole scene and is render ready. The scene contains (streetlights, road, paving and grass) Just open file and click render for the same images in the previews.

The day and night scenes are in separate files. Exported 3ds, OBJ and FBX files do not have materials and lights.
