The La Fonda coffee table is an elegant table suitable for use in the home or in cafes. In 1961 Alexander Girard was commissioned to outfit the La Fonda del Sol restaurant at New York's Rockefeller Center. Girard was responsible for the restaurant's overall interior, ranging from the wallpaper to the crockery, and it was furnished in the Eames office. For the restaurant the Eameses came up with a striking base that was used for the chairs, dining tables and even this low coffee table.

Materials & Finishes
Available with a chromed die-cast aluminium base with Carrara marble table top. Also available with a polished die-cast aluminium base with white HPL top.
