High detailed industrial estate with different stores, different streetelements, Railway + Station. Busstation, wind energy plants, patrolstation, and all the otherthings shown in the pictures.
All things could easily be edit because the complete modifierstructure is still available. Also the text on the stores and signs is editable. (Textsplines)
For the lighting I used the 'DH035LL.hdr' (HDR-Image) from Dosch (NOT included).
The sky Backgroundimage is from 'cgtextures' (included)
The trees are very simple vrayProxy trees. All are scatter to the Landscape. (NO plugin used) But they are all instances so that they could easily be replaced.
For car animations:
I added a poly plane from all the street and parking segments (last image) so u can animate cars with plugins like 'Craft 4-Wheeler Extended' or others .
