3ds max crowd people man suit - Crowd by xen32

Model has ultra-low polycount - just 122 polygons. So it's very useful in creating crowds, you can have thousand and thousand of characters in one scene.

These characters are perfect for distant shots, but, of course, 122 polys look ultra-ugly in front of camera.

Textures are included.

MAX (main) version also comes with lighting setup and materials + you get example huge crowd scene - the one most previews were made from. In default scene there are 18 men (all possible texture and pose combinations)
