A stylized cartoon model of Santa Claus. Although the model is not low poly, it has quad geometry laid out for subdivision in a way that can be easily optimized.

Regular divisions all over model will allow for easy editing and deformations when animated.
Basic materials with procedural ramp/gradient textures are assigned for both max and maya format. Obj format may need manual assignment of materials. For general usage in native scanline renderers, fake fall off illumination is used in materials. Raytrace refractions are active in 3dsmax version as well.
Lighting/camera setup not included. Scene just contains real world scale model grouped and with transforms frozen.
Hair is modeled as geometry. No hair and fur modifier is used in the scene.
