A Building designed in the style of a Middle Eastern Town or City in a country such as Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan etc. Modelled to the highest standards for real-time game levels or visualisations built to a quota of just 9224 polygons including all the props.
This model is scaled and modelled correctly for most game engines with exceptional attention to detail for such a model quota. A pure quad polygon model UV unwrapped to the highest standards for both diffuse and light-mapping. The model is presented with diffuse textures so you can integrate it into your own project. In selected formats a useful (carefully baked for texture artists) ambient occlusion texture 4096x4096 has been included to complete the package.
The model is a three storey suburban building with a fully detailed ground floor store including separate interior props such as shelving, sales counter, boxes, crates, doors and shutters. There is also a corner storeroom and exits from the store to every elevation. Externally there is a ground floor store canopy, air conditioning units, lighting, crates, signboard and sidewalk. On the upper two levels there are four elevations of varied windows, door and balcony configurations. The roof is detailed with an access housing and door, air conditioning unit and vents. The doors are furnished with hinges, bolts, handles and supports.
