In the 3ds max version,the model is organized on layers.
You can hide the layers of non-framed facades(or areas of height),to optimize the scene.
C4D file is organized in groups.
The model is easily editable.
The maya 7 version,is available only in (mb) type.
Lighting and environment are not included.

Coordinates mapping method used:
UVW Mapping projections.

NB:
ONLY IN THE OBJ VERSION,when the model is imported not ensure the proper functioning of textures.
Textures files are available in the file zip(c4d 3dsmax).
Obj version is split into many files ,be imported one at a time.(will be easier to organize the model in the import program)
