A very detailed model of a 1890's building. Each floor is built in sections so you can add or subtract floors creating multiple buildings.Includes custom fitted fire escape, custom Victorian style lamps and door handles, drain pipes and gutter. Windows and Doors are set up with proper pivot hinge points.Built in 3DS Max 7.0, and exported as a 3DS file. Tested in Maya 7.0 by opening, checking, and rendering file for export integrity. NOTE 3DS is an export format and some slight smooth group adjustments should be anticipated when importing this file type.
