The 3ds file will need some minor material tweaking as Max does not accurately export all 3ds materials. I've included several screen captures , support files, and some basic max instructions on how to do this. I'm not aware of how other 3d packages work so I am telling you ahead of time prior to downloading that you will most likely need to do some very minor adjustments on the outermost metallic geometry layer.
