The leaves are equilateral triangle faces that are face mapped with a diffuse and transparency map (both included). The trunk is nothing special, just color it brown (mostly hidden anyway). The poly count is high, but required if you want to fly around the tree (it's NOT flat, so it doesn't need to rotate with the camera). Suitable for close renders. The diffuse map used is a piece of tamarack (larch) branch.
